Batwoman star Ruby Rose has revealed on her Instagram that she was forced to undergo emergency surgery to prevent the risk of becoming paralyzed. Rose had managed to herniate two discs whilst performing stunts and was close to severing her spinal cord. Sounds painful.
We are glad that she’s on the mend again this time. Ruby Rose also went under the knife for spinal issues back in January 2018 and was forced to use a wheelchair as she recovered.
We wish her all the best and look forward to seeing what she brings to the Batwoman role. The first episode of the series air on October 6th so it won’t be long before we can all judge her performance. I just hope fans give the show a chance as social media has not always been kind to it so far.
