Learning how to play guitar is no easy feat despite the impressions that games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band may give you. The concept of playing with a real guitar has been a very intriguing premise ever since Rocksmith was first announced, and now we have a video that features some of the gameplay.
Judging from the video, the game definitely will not be easy and I don’t think it should be. If Rocksmith is to stand out from its competitors it should emphasize the key component that makes it unique – the patience and dedication it takes to play an actual instrument. Watch the video below:
