The forthcoming series of The Real Housewives of Miami shows the shocking moment Lenny Hochstein gives the hot mic rant. The plastic surgeon was talking to a newly single friend Vito about his estranged wife, RHOM star Lisa Hochstein.
The latter asked the 56-year-old why he wanted a divorce, to which Lenny replied that it was because of the same old issues.
Vito then said he didn’t want to see the pair split, which Lenny scoffed at. Lenny also remarked in the now-streaming episode four of RHOM Season 5 that he and Lisa aren’t intimate anymore. The doctor said it would mean he’d be “cheating on who [he] really [cares] about,” presumably referring to his model girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa.
The plastic surgeon previously insisted that he met Katharina, 27, only after he and Lisa decided to part ways. Lisa, however, said in May that she was “blindsided” by the news.

“How low is low? It’s cowardly,” Guerdy Abraira told Page Six in an exclusive interview.
The event planner continued by saying that the Russian native shouldn’t string his wife along while making her look “crazy.” The 44-year-old noted that Lenny should have been forthright with Lisa about his intent to end their marriage.
“She can take the bad news, you know what I mean?” she continued saying that Lisa shouldn’t have been served the way Lenny did to her. The reality TV star called out the Miami surgeon’s “hypocrisy,” calling it “disrespectful.”
Another RHOM cast member, Alexa Echevarria, reacted to Lenny’s rant, saying she couldn’t sleep afterward. The 55-year-old said it was particularly tough to hear as she once considered Lenny a friend.
Marysol Patton also condemned Lenny’s actions. She said she and the others were “disappointed” by his behavior during the early stages of his separation from Lisa.
