Get ready to reload to the beat of the music in Jaw Drop Games’ upcoming rhythmic FPS, GUN JAM. After being originally teased in 2020, Jaw Drop Games has announced a new partnership with publisher Raw Fury to get GUN JAM out to the public. With a new Announcement Teaser, players can wishlist the game now through its Steam page.

This is the Rhythm of the Night in GUN JAM

In the city of Mubel, music rules over everything. Mastered by the “Beat,” all denizens are under musical control at all times. People are constantly in motion with the rhythm, with no freedom in sight from their tune-filled nightmare. But enough is enough. The players must break free from the music through enduring struggles to fully be free once again. Help free the people by fighting fire with fire: the shootouts here are dance-offs.

The Announcement trailer only presents a taste of the electrifying experience that Jaw Drop Games is putting together. But we also get to see more of Mubel as the camera flies through parts of the city. While the lights may look glamorous, something sinister is brewing within the beats of the streets. You can check out the Announcement Teaser trailer right here.

While GUN JAM has been in development for some time now, Jaw Drop Games has found its publisher in the presence of Raw Fury (Call of the Sea, Backbone, Townscaper). GUN JAM should be seeing a release date announcement soon, but for now, the website can provide updates until then. Additionally, you can follow them on Twitter, which is where the game was initially teased to positive reception.
