Rage 2 is coming out soon and it has been announced that they will be featuring cheat codes in the game! We’re going to be featuring a full list of these cheats once they are all available, but for now check out some of the ones that have been announced so far!
Cheat codes were a long time staple of old school games. Ask any person who played the early Contra how to get more lives, and they will immediately spout off the following and maybe most famous cheat code: “UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A, START!” Rage 2 is looking to bring some of that back, and has an early list of codes you can check out below!
How Do I Get Cheats in Rage 2?
You’ll be able to head to the “Wasteland Wizard” and purchase Cheats from them. They are purchased with in-game currency, you don’t have to pay real money to get them.

He’s On Fire
This one was thought to be an April Fool’s gag, but it turns out to be a real part of the game. If you’ve never heard of Tim Kitzrow, he’s famous for voicing the popular NBA Jam video games where he would yell out catchphrases after dunks, scores, and other various actions that happened in the game. We’ll now get a taste of those phrases in Rage 2 with the “He’s On Fire” cheat code!
You may have seen the recent April Fool’s Day trailer for a “He’s on Fire” cheat code in the game, but that wasn’t a prank. It’s very real. The legendary voice artist, Tim Kitzrow, is lending his familiar announcing skills to RAGE 2. Watch the trailer to see and “hear” the He’s on Fire cheat code in action as he narrates your tear through the wasteland!
