The wildly successful Rocket League is bringing another mashup between its rocket-powered cars and sport featuring a round ball soon. Pysonix announced Tuesday that the new “Dunk House” basketball mode is coming in April. “Break some axles in the Dunk House this April! #RocketLeagueHoops,” the studio revealed on Twitter. The accompanying animated gif shows a new Rocket League arena made up like a basketball court. This comes complete with a giant backboard replacing the goal with a rim raised off the floor for players to attempt to get the ball in....

Grand Theft Auto Online has been criticized through the years for its monetization, with its grindy nature making it a larger time investment as content has rolled out over time. Those people should probably sit down because Rockstar Games has officially announced a subscription service, which is launching in just a few days. The optional subscription, entitled GTA+, is launching on March 29. Instead of introducing this new model to all platforms, the subscription service is exclusive to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions....

Rumbleverse, the pro-wrestling-themed battle royale game, has seen some trouble during development. It was indefinitely delayed at the start of the year, but fortunately, its release date is now quickly approaching. Rumbleverse will launch this week, and it’ll arrive with two new modes. As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, Rumbleverse will offer Duos and Playground modes at launch — Solo was the only thing available during playtesting sessions. Duos mode starts each pair of players with less health than in Solos and only eight slots for stats....

Darth Vader might be returning to the big screen for Star Wars: Rogue One. The legendary James Earl Jones is said to come back to voice the character. Halloween content Update 1.09 has arrived for Rust Console Edition, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. Earlier this month update 1.08 was released for Rust Console Edition and it came with a lot of bug fixes. Well update 1.09 is here for the PlayStation and Xbox versions and it adds some Halloween style of content and skins. This is called the Halloween Hotfix and this update adds a new video for the main menu and an option to see the skins that are on offer....

Sony has just announced that PS4 System Update 2.0, code-named Masamune will be available on Tuesday, October 28th. This update is highly anticipated since it will add a number of great features that fans have been waiting a long time for. These include Share Play, USB Music capabilities, and Themes, among others.
